The 4.2.0 release includes many changes and bugfixes. Some of the more notable changes are:
- The Qt library on which MeVisLab is based has been updated to version 6.9.2.
- The Python support is now based on version 3.13.7.

Supported platforms:
- On Windows we provide a Visual Studio 2022 version.
- For Linux we provide a version that has been compiled and tested on Ubuntu 24.04. It should also work with other current Linux distributions.
