The first MeVisLab beta version is released and presented to the public at the 84th German Roentgen Congress (Deutscher Röntgenkongress), May 19-20, 2004, in Wiesbaden, Germany. At the MeVis booth in the @roentgen section of the congress, visitors are able to take a look at the MeVisLab development platform for medical image processing and visualization. Several research applications developed with MeVisLab are also presented.
